Arkadiusz Szwed, known as Szwed SWD, is a Polish music producer, beatmaker and sound engineer primarily associated with the hip-hop scene. He was born on September 14, 1989 in Chełm, and developed his career mainly in Warsaw. He is associated with Hemp Rec label and the Diil Gang community, where he established himself as one of the most recognizable underground and mainstream rap producers in Poland.
He developed his career through collaboration with the group Hemp Gru, co-creating significant projects such as the trilogy "Jedność", "Lojalność", "Braterstwo" and the album "Eter" from 2019. His contribution is not limited to creating beats – he often handles recording, mixing and broadly understood music production.
For many years he ran HEMP Studio, where he recorded for many artists and participated in creating important rap projects. In his work, he combines the roles of producer, recording engineer and sound engineer, and his approach to music is based on both classic hip-hop sound and the search for new forms of expression.
Szwed SWD stands out for consistently building his own style and approaching production as both a creative and technical process. He is known for his independence and attention to sonic detail, and his body of work includes both classic hip-hop productions and experimental projects and remixes.
